What color do you glow and how bright?
I glow blue as brightly as possible.

My female necro is black and glows pink and my female engi is white and glows like a fire.
I gave them the brightest glowing that was possible.

i dont glow, found it super corny

My Mesmer’s glow is a very pale yellow and quite muted while my ranger’s glow is somewhere between banana and butternut and almost max

Purple on a green/turquoise colour scheme.

Partially because I like purple, partially because I was basing my sylvari’s colours on the wetter areas of the Maguuma Jungle from GW1 and that fit. Mainly greens/blueish greens with a bit of red (her hair/leaves) and occasional purple.

Grass, stream, salmon, red, honey, sour. All maxed even though some look kinda weak in the screenies. The bioluminescence is one of the many things I love about this race

My male Sylvari glows dark green (and his skin itself is also green). I’m not very happy with it any more, really want to change it to blue or something maybe, but don’t want to waste a whole Total Makeover Kit just for that.

My female Sylvari technically glows white, but because of the skin tones it looks more like a pale yellow yellow in her hair, and a combination of light green / pale yellow on her face (she has yellow skin which naturally has green tones in it as well). Really happy with the glow on her, looks great.

Both on max glow intensity. I will never change that. I want the max glow possible always.

I really wanted my Sylvari’s glow to match her eyes. As I found it really odd that their eyes would glow independently a different color then their internal glow. xD Just a matter of perspective honestly.

The color schemes people do always turn out so neat, but I just went for bland old green. Cause green is the best color ever.

My glow color is honey with max intensity. She is necromancer.

Pine green skin (smooth) and max red, with dark green eyes

Semi bright red (roughly matching with Lava dye) on my male ranger with greenish blue bark. A bit more darker/subdued purple on my fem necro with darkish green bark.

I don’t remember creating my character so this may be a noob question … can you change the colour of the Glow when creating a character? I am buying a remake kit and hopefully I can change the glow colour and intensity.

Yeah, you choose the glow effect when creating the character.

Some people say it is fixed, some still have not their glow.

And make sure to switch off the light when you create your sylvari, because the glow will only be shown at night. :-)

I glow purple

Pale, luminiscent blue. My Sylvari looks like a Pandora blossom at night.

Grim glows orange. Reminds me of a destroyer

I chose not to glow, well I chose a very very feint green and turned it reasonably low. That way my eyes look extra glow’y at night _

I have four Sylvari so bear with me.

Engineer: White skin + maroon highlights, red-orange leaves, pink eyes, peach glow 100%.
Warrior: Dark blue skin + white highlights, white leaves, grey eyes, white glow 100%.
Necromancer: Grey skin + purple highlights, purple head bark, bright green eyes, green glow 100%.
Mesmer: Black skin + no highlights, black head spines, white eyes, almost non-existent white glow. It’s subtle enough I’ve not even bothered taking a picture of it.

Generally, I make the glow the same general color as their hair. My elementalist is blue with an orange glow, my thief used to be red with a green glow but now is the other way around, and my warrior is white with a blue glow.

I glow white. I went as close as I could with a Westerosi Heart Tree vibe. My leaves are blood red and my skin is as close to white as I could get, and I glow a bright white (red looked silly-neon).

My sylvari mesmer glows red and i put the slider on max.
When the total makeover kits came out, they reverted the glow slider… So i put it on off instead of on. Had to buy another kit just to put it on on again. Then i noticed i made a mistake with the face and had to buy another. All that beautiful money…

All of my Sylvari have the same glow, white turned down to about halfway. I haven’t found another glow I like more for any of my Sylvari, though they’re all different colors.

Blue eyes, blue hair, blue glow to the max

Orange here Love the glow ;u;

Lemon Yellow here (And bright purple for her eyes.)

Mesmer – charcoal grey skin/ dark purple glow
Elementalist – grey/blue skin / indigo glow
Ranger (was Guard, until I swapped her for the Charr alt’s class) – dark greyish-green skin / green glow

Went max or near-max on all glow intensities. Why have glow patterns if I’m going to half- kitten em?

My Necromancer glows bright with toxic green light.
It really does mesh well with the color and style of her spells as well.

My guardian is pretty red himself…

here is my new Ele- she is white with a light gold pattern and she glows like fire

My mesmer glows with a pale pink color and my guardian glows white.

I was admiring them the other day, it’s almost like they were made for the Zenith skins, as a duo. Too bad the daggers don’t really show.

Things I never thought I’d say: They really need skimpier clothes.

Thinking about throwing makeovers their way, more Zenith!
