In the dream, we fight A dragon, and then we are told we are to after Zhiatan. I just think it’s a little iffy that we see a big plant dragon, and then we are told to kill a massive undead dragon.

Isn’t the dragon titled something like Dragon’s Shadow? Keep in mind, that dreams are interpretive… But you do certainly get a “fight the dragon” vibe out of it.

I believe that we, like Caithe, are given the task to fight ALL the dragons, not just Zhaitan.

Just do whatever Trahearne tells you to do, it’s not your story.

I thought our Wyld Hunt was the thing from creation we remember specifically from our dream…I can’t remember them all, but one is to fight the knight in the green armor (the one I chose), the other has to do with a moon shield, and I forget the third.

I also interpreted the dream as meaning that the player would have to kill all the dragons, however there was a bit of a problem there.

Since Caithe appeared in the dream, it seemed like maybe the dream had become corrupted so what you saw in the corrupted dream was the actual dream you were supposed to be seeing so that your actual Wyld Hunt wasn’t to go off and kill the dragons but you just went with it anyways.

the Plant dragon in the dream is a Shadow in the dream of a Dragon in the world.
Later the Pale Tree tells you that she believes your Wyld Hunt is to actually fight Zaitan and it ties in with Traherne who’s Wyld hunt is the Cleansing of Orr- she tells you that you can be of aid to one another.

The Pale Tree?! I just think its a kind of Elder Dragon… and you and your fellow Sylvari are just his minions =]
