Guild Wars 2

I’ve seen a couple of the new Sylvari faces here, but…for whatever reason, they don’t show up on my character creation screen. Where do these show up?

you find them in the total makeover kit
that you can buy in the store,
as rare drops in Black Lion chests
or as a 5000 achievement point reward and I think again at 10 000
not sure if you can get them from dailies but I have gotten a hair kit so it might be possible
