I recently purchased the tier 3 first born boot for my sylvari thief. To my conclusion every other legguards in the game besides the tier 3 cultural leggings protrude out of the boots, causing a horrible look lol. anyone else have this problem? is it supposed to be like this? thanks in advance!

I know the original post is about a year old, but I am having the same issue. I really love the medium tier 3 firstborn boots, but I want leggings that offer minimal coverage so I can see how my body glows. So I decided to go for the medium vigil leggings. I was very very very sad to find that you can clearly see the pants through the boots. Is there any chance that this issue will be fixed?? I really love the firstborn boots with the vigil leggings, but I hate that they are so glitched. Any help here? Thanks for any replies.

Very sad because I really like the outfit together.

So I was just going to suggest trying the look on a slimmer body type since some of the thicker ones clip through armor when moving….but I decided to check the same look on one of my characters and it still clips pretty badly. Other skin tight pants clip through the shoes as well from what I can tell.

It’s not just the T3 shoes though I’ve come across this on my ele with some light shoes (Exalted, I think in particular).

I think the boots are glitching with any leggings other than the cultural ones (I can’t say for T1 though since I haven’t tried that combo).

I use t1 with my vigil leggings because I wanted to see as much of my pattern as possible.
I rather like it.
It also doesn’t clip at all
