When I made my sylvari I picked the hairstyle that had red tips and was kind of spiky. But now her hair is all green and a different style. What the heck happened?

Your head blossomed? It is fall… perhaps your character dropped it’s leaves.

Haha I made a sylvari with blue hair and his hair is bright red in the game.

I made my Sylvari with black hair with red streaks in it.
But I noticed that during night, his hair turns into a shade of gunmetal gray, with blue streaks. Far as I know the sylvari are the only ones with this transition, but I could be totally wrong. There’s also a light on/off feature while creating your character that I didn’t notice at the time, so you can see how it looks both during day and night.

Yep, Sylvari hairstyles are affected by the body glow, some moreso than others. Always toggle the lighting during character creation to make sure you’ve got a color you like
