Hey Ellie, does the laser take off a big chunk of health or does getting through that phase just allow you to continue the fight?

The Megalaser took off a bit of his HP, and then when he was Stunned we were able to deal a ton of extra damage to him.

Yeah it was more like 60%, the megalaser makes him vulnerable and he is inactive for like 20-30 seconds. that when everyone should really be loading on the damage.

Did you get any reward?

Do you get a reward for 75%? Or is the first stage complete at 0%?

Do the turrets still work when the cannon has fired? That quickness would be a huge difference.

Well I guess this means they will nerf the heck out of champ farming.. I mean its either that or boost these rewards for this.

Because in 15 mins I can do what 2 or 3 champ circles? Which gives me much more then what you got for 15 mins of deaths and gear repairs.

Does the laser still make him vulnerable to crits? There is a lot of talk saying that he is not crit-able period.

Sounds like it does from what you say here.

No, world bosses are not crit-able period. However, the megalazer does seem to lower his defense in general.

Well the blue chest was not much to be excited about, but it is possible that even the blue dragon box could contain an ascended item.

This is completely and utterly untrue. The laser allows you to crit, as it always has, for the last 13 months….

add in the fact that the turrets can give you constant fury, 25 constant stacks of vuln and hopefully everyone is in zerker gear, means you can do almost 50% damage to him (in the old fight) during the 30 seconds of crit stage. This is one of the most important phases since you can crit.
