Just to be clear on lore stuff… Tequatl is the deep sea dragon, yeh? One of the 6 Elder Dragons?

Wiki still lists Deep Sea Dragon as unknown. It needs an update.

Now we’re just missing The Jungle Dragon. The Pale tree?

Tequatl is a dragon champion, definitely not an elder dragon. ;-)

No, Tequatl is not the Deep Sea Dragon (aka Bubbles). He is one of Zhaitan’s lieutenants and his champion (hence why he looks undeady and smells rotten).

Yeah. He was harder than Zhaitan even pre-update. I can see why you thought what you did.

As things stand, chances are that ‘Elder Dragons’ will never be World Bosses, but always get a Dungeon of their own.

The fight against Zhaitan was much too easy, especially as the Dragon Champions (Worldbosses) actually seem Stronger than him, but there is a chance the Zhaitan fight will be changed to be less… lame… before a new Elder Dragon is added to the game.

But yes. Tequatl is just one of Zhaitans many minions – although a really strong one at this point.

Zhaitan should be Teq’s minion…

but hey – we shot Zhaitan on the end of personal but (!!) did anyone saw his dead body ? it could be a great surprise to see him alive (?!) again
