Will there be anyway to save dragon bash wing if I replace it withTequatl wing,really love that wing so it would be great to add them to achievement skin or somthink.

I have a question about transmutation splitter. How many time you can use it on a same item? For example – I had Visions of the Mists then I transmute it to Zenith and then to Crystal guardian. Is it possible to get back Vision of the Mist?

That I doubt actually. I don’t think your items save their whole history in the data.
But hey, feel free to try :p

I actually think that if you still have the stats from Visions of the Mists, with the appearance of Crystal Guardian, you might get Visions of the Mists back.

Just get another back piece. If you have an ascended back just swap it our for an exotic or whatever. It’s all you need for open world. You can strut your stuff with Teq wings then strap on the ascended back for anything hard.
