The concept behind the new Tequatl is really good, it requires teamwork and communication, it requires the player to pay attention and they will pay if they don’t.

Exciting, right? It should be, but it is not. The overall GW2 community simply DOES NOT want to do this, they want an easy fight where they can spam their auto attack 15 minutes long and then expect to loot a chest with the most awesome loot ever. They do not understand now, and they will never understand the mechanics.

Issues:
-Turrets will not have defenders and / or people to man.
-Skill 2 has to be used on the Tequatl whenever it’s not on CD.
-Many people ignore all new mechanics and keep hitting Tequatl’s feet.
-If you think there really would be commanders, each taking a part of the zerg, think again, most people tag up to show off, not to actually command, but even if there is a serious commander, the random people will NEVER listen to him.

Hard and challenging mechanics are good in low scale boss encounters, not 80 people.
