Im lvl 48 engi so I dont have the way point to this skyfall waypoint or w.e its called….is there a way to get there safely with out having to walk there?

Google “GW2 <Waypoint name here>”
Look at where it is.

Then google “GW2 interactive map”, use the interactive map to find your way there.

For now, I’d suggest just continuing to level up normally. A lot of the Living Story stuff (including the current piece) is level 80 stuff.

Nope, not for this event. You need to have the area discovered or go discover it and be at least level 65 but that is pushing it. Most people will be level 80.
