This has gotta be the hardest one to get. According to the description:

• Defeat Tequatl without allowing any of the hylek turrets to be destroyed.

So basically have 6 people always on repair and ignore enemies?

yup, or if the attempt is going to fail and you’ve not lost a turret just ignore the boss and protect the turrets at all costs. Another tip is to fight the mobs at their spawn point, not at the turrets

You can get it without killing him. That might be a bug or the tooltip might be wrong.

If your server is okay with it, just have a main focus on protecting the turrets and it’s pretty easy to get. Have a tiny zerg attacking, but most people on the turrets.
