This has also happened to me, I’m am stuck on 9/10 and the water tooth is not responding
Same with one of my friends he is not able to get that one.
I definitely got all the clues but it still said 9/10.
I backtracked and got them all again and I’m still 9/10.
Also the underwater one is un-interactable now.
