When this patch is no longer a new thing, will these 2 minipets still be a drop from Tequatl, or will they disappear as a drop?

not propaganda if its the truth, we already have a prime example, and you’d know if you had gone to that horrible island and caught a case of exploding crabs.

I have been here since launch and used to farm karka for a living. I return regularly for Guild Bounties, and sometimes go there because I love the jumping puzzle. And then there’s the Karka Queen which my server does 2-3 times a day. I’m familiar with the place. I did the original Legendary Karka event which took 3-4 hours. I did all Southsun achievements.

Will the Mini Hylek and Mini Tequatl be a theoretically possible drop after Boss Week, assuming that Tequatl is killed?

All rewards on Tequatl are unrelated to boss week. The only thing that should become inaccessible is the wings. Everything else is linked to the event itself which is in the boss tab, not the living story tab.

And I didn’t actually say anything about achievements. My point was that the event has nothing to do with the living story, as such. Therefore anything you can get from the event has nothing to do with the Living Story. Therefore when the Living Story goes away the event and everything associated with the event will remain.
