Antitoxin toolbelt skill broken

I was impressed how Antitoxin actually had a toolbelt skill. Pity it does nothing.
It throws the bottle á la Packaged Stimulants style, and it just lies there. I couldn’t pick it up even as I was affected by both poison and toxin.
