Guild Wars 2

In SoR, we have been waiting a good 60+ minutes for the witch to spawn, and she has yet to do so. We have done all of the meta events, 3-5 times, yet she still refuses to spawn.

Anyone else having issues?

A big group has been waiting here on Tarnished Coast for 1h20mins.

Sorry if I sounded mad, was just frustrated for waiting super long, just to find out it was broken.

I guested on DragonBrand (who were gracious enough to help me out) and was able to complete the Kraitbane achievement.

Same thing happened on Fort Aspenwood – Guested to Maguma and all done

What is the official respawn rate supposed to be? People have been camping her spawn for almost half an hour now because she dies so quickly.
