This looks like scarlet?? well anyway..
The line that caught my attention – “Your foes and enemies are becoming fast friends”
Lets get the hidden meaning out :-)

Scarlet is probably trying to make an alliance of most of the enemy races. Which is probably going to be easier to do, now that the player races have a loose alliance themselves.

We, the player races, were able to take down an Elder Dragon. That has got to put a good bit of fear into the hostile races of Tyria. They are probably thinking, “If they can do that to an Elder Dragon, what’s stopping them for killing all of us?”. Scarlet is probably feeding into that fear, and she’s using it to her full advantage.

Where is the source of this poem? I’m not doubting it, but would like to look-up the article in which it was given.

This is exactly what I’ve been thinking since Molten Alliance, not to mention those 2 (flame legion and dredge) were hit the hardest (leader died, thrown into a civil war etc) and were the most desperate.
