When does ToN end?
Usualy a month or two, but achievement migh not last as long, some time it does, sometime it doesn’t. So the shortest deadline is two week in every update.
Do you know how to add 14 days ? The easiest way is to look up a calendar, and count 14 days after the launch.

Wow thanks for a really unhelpful answer that completely misses my point.

November 12th, 2013.
Next Living World preview is always a week before official releases.
Blood and Madness content and achievements will still be available to play until November 11
Is the only date we have, so it is safe to assume that it will be around to the 11th at least. So I would plan to do stuff before that date (even though it is likely that it will continue longer, due to the next update most likely ties in to this one).
Krall Peterson – Warrior
Piken Square
Chances are it’ll be up until the 26th of November. However, I would get the achievements (or at least whichever you want) done prior to the 11th given Twilight Assault. Tower of Nightmare’s content is more than likely to continue to at least the 26th, but it’s too hard to tell if the achievements will still remain available.
Incidentally, I asked the same question and got no response either.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.

Usually its either 2 weeks or 1 month lately. And they got into a pattern of releasing content at the first of the month that lasted the entire month and content in the middle of the month that lasted only 2 weeks. However, they sometimes will end content that started at the first of the month in two weeks. So you cannot depend on it lasting any more than two weeks. Additionally, some content isn’t available the entire 2 weeks. Example: mad king says.
You could have left out the snarky "Do you know how to add 14 days ? " comment. The OP asked a legitimate question. I too would like to know reliably and conveniently how long each content will be around. Having to rush assuming that it could be on a two week expiration date is unnecessary. Some games (EQ2 for example) have an ingame calendar that clearly shows when content will be available. Baring that, there could be a calendar area of this forum that clearly shows that. Often the dates can be found somewhere if you know where to look but why should you have to look around to find out something this important?

Actually thinking on what he said would’ve taken you less time than it took you to write that poor critic.
“Usually a month” or “Two weeks”, basically.
Finishing those achievements, playing two or three hours a day will take up to one week, if you have a level 80 character already, so the time frame is pretty reasonable.
