Seems whenever we get something to do with water dwelling creatures that the Largos might have something to say about that. I mean one of the Obelisk’s is right where a part of the Largos in the main story happens.

Did I miss something? What are your thoughts about the lore around the Largos and Krait?

The Largos are uncooperative (or rather very secretive) race. The only reason Sayeh al’Rajihd helps Trahearne (and by association, you) is because she had previously declared herself indebted to him; not because of Zhaitan. While Sayeh knew what the obelisk (wasn’t it actually an orb?) was during the PS; she didn’t help out of interest of the orb – she was helping because of her self-proclaimed debt to Trahearne and Trahearne was interested in the orb. Don’t make the mistake that her helping Trahearne was normal by any stretch of the imagination. Whatever happened to the two of them must have been pretty crazy.

The Largos aren’t xenophobic (like the Krait) just completely disinterested in other races.

If the Krait pose a threat to the Largos they would deal with the Krait on their own. We wouldn’t hear about it either.

Unless Scarlet the Slayer of Lore gets involved and retcons the lot.

So this would be a perfect opportunity to get the players (us) involved to make sure the Largos are “owing” us something on a larger scale and join the fight.

Of course Traherne will have to help us with that … ummm … mhh?

“Whose Kitten is this?” – “It’s a Charr baby.”
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”

There are only a couple of Largos around in the area of Tyria the players can access.

The large groupings / cities must be elsewhere, because we never see them.

So the Krait don’t really seem like much of a threat to the Largos at this point, as their main home areas are probably secure (or at least free from Krait). No real reason for them to intervene.

If the Largos had a big city in Kessex or something, it’d be a different story.
