Congrats! All I need is the Grounded Achievement do you have any tips for that?

Yup, so basically what you have to do is spend some time and analyze the pattern of the electricity on the ground. Here are some basic tips though:

1) Right when the electric room triggers, run directly to the door console near the exit RIGHT AWAY. Wait here and hug the wall until the electricity triggers. Waiting at the entrance itself will electrify you right off the bat.

2) Next, head to the wall closest to the entrance and analyze the pattern from here. What you want to do is find your way BACK to the entrance.

3) Once your safely nestled at the entrance doorway, analyze the pattern again and make your way to the first pillar to activate it. After that, do not move for the rest of the puzzle.

4) Once your party blows up the console and finishes the event, you will get your achievement.

P.S. My group has decided to do this achievement ‘one person per dungeon run’. It’s too hard to try and get everyone to get it all in one go. After pillar one, it’s insanely difficult to get to the other pillars without getting electrified (and especially with the kiting at the end). So get a few friends together and focus on doing this dungeon multiple times to get everyone the achievement by putting everyone on pillar 1.

Good luck! It’s definitely the hardest one to get…

I got all in 2 runs. First run only 1 of team got the Grounded.
The 2nd run we ask him to reroll to a mesmer and do the jump and port everyone to each switch and do all the job so the rest 4 get the achv.

I tried to do the “Who’s in charge here?” achievement, but didn’t get it :/ We pulled some mobs and cleared them…then we pulled Spur, killed him and finished off the last group…i, nor the team never disengaged, but one mate got downed if i remember right…any suggestion for it ?

My group got it done 4 hours after the patch hit.

Have some questions about the achievements, just only cause i wasn’t clearly able to grasp what the dulfy guide tells about them, so just doubke checking here with some questions:

The Achievement for Killing Spur first:

You definetely get it, if you kill him, even if you have killed some of his soldiers first, as long as you don’t kill all of his troops, before you kill Spur ? Is that correct?
Dulfys Guide says, you don’t have to lure some of the veterans, so keeping just like a few veterans alive, killing then Spur and then finishng off the rest, should net you the achievement, or??

Last question… when having killed the last boss and you are doing the optional tasks, in the room where that mechanic boss is ..
Do have to stand all players of the group at the same time in that room, to be able to open that box??

I made today a run in the room, not everyone of the group was in it, only 3 of 5 and that box wasn#t openable to let the mechanic veteran boss appear :/
Time ran out due to this and idnt got the achievement, just that one for going into the secret room..

Or is there some kind of time limit, in which you have to enter that secret room, that the box is only openable, if you enter that room within a specific time after the boss kill ???

1. Stay at the starting point.
2. When the first pillar is ready to be activated, use a skill like Renewed Focus and just run to the pillar.
3. Afk.
