Guild Wars 2

So we are at the 8 gererators before we kill the boss and somehow there is no electricity or spawns, meaning we can’t kill the generators either, or we’ll have to spend an hour of time on it.
anyone had the same and knows how to reset it?
We all went out of the dungeon, while the one who entered let himself wipe, it resetted, but we have the same problem after.

Is Caithe in the cage by the entrance to the room? I’m trying to figure out why the activation sequence would not have happened for you guys.

yeah she was there, the entrance was blocked too after we went trough
