Just wanted to give a big thank-you to the devs for the in-game cutscenes that have been popping up in the living world content recently. I always felt like the characters just standing in place and talking really took me out of the experience, so actually seeing them running around and doing things in-game really adds a lot to the immersion.

I recently went back to GW1 to work on titles and the first thing I noticed was how much better the story is when you can see the actions played out in-game, so I hope this trend continues.

way better than 2 characters flapping lips and giving hand gestures.

I prefer the face-to-face cutscenes when there are 2 characters talking and nothing is happening in the environment.

The animations and models are MUCH nicer there than in the open world where they have to rely on emotes and such.

But for everything aside from one-on-one conversations, in-engine cutscenes are good.

Yes. These cutscenes work. Much better than two heads on a background.

You should move all the cutscene into one item for replay, we could collect cutscenes for future content as well…

I like all these cutscenes but they need skip buttons. It’s fine the first time but never again.

You have gotten what you paid for, all that remains is biweekly gemshop pushing.
