Guild Wars 2

At Last, two weeks where the majority can safely ignore the new dungeon path and get other stuff done in game. Ty Anet!

Another ‘event’ where you either join a dungeon guild, get on ts, wait for a decent group and then go in only to fail when people d/c or get bored or have to go for a rl ‘crisis’.

And for the masses ‘keys that drop from mobs in the world’, about as much use as those princess hats etc that filled up bag space, as unless you’re into dungeons with puzzles and no doubt some jumping involved too and some gimmic mechanics they are just an annoyance.

I guess as a Ranger this will be another event we are not welcome in.

Is it live? has anyone tried it yet?… A lot of angst for what is essentially something new to do. And, as for rangers, or any other profession in dungeons, send me a party request. Ill go with anyone, that’s what makes the game fun. Playing with others and figuring out how to succeed. I personally am looking forward to it.

Not sure what specs you Rangers are running…sorry that you don’t feel welcome in dungeon runs…but I’ve always been more than welcome to join dungeon groups, and am typically the last to die in a fight…hopefully ya’ll will start having better luck with the groups you join! It shouldn’t matter what your specs, as long as its fun for you!

Yeah, I’m usually the last to die too, if we wipe. I don’t have problems inside the dungeon once the group let me in, the problem is when I join a group and they start talking like “A ranger? Really?”, “Do you have another character?” or they just vote-kick me before we even start.

Oh no! I am sorry that has been your experience! Hopefully the tides will turn for you!

You are better off without those players. Rangers aren’t as bad as people believe.

Yup that’s really demoralizing, it was worse in the earlier days so I just didn’t do dungeons, and have never done them since.

But it’s just another thing I don’t want to wait around for ages only to get kicked and start all over again.

I only have a Ranger, so there’s no hope for me.

Yea this is pretty much a non-event for me, I really don’t like to do the dungeons in this game.

Solid Gold and Gabby, ya’ll can always add me to your list and I will gladly help you with dungeons (currently have 4 level 80’s you can choose from, including a condi necro )! Please don’t allow narrow-minded players ruin your enjoyment of the game.

Nah this is NOT my idea of fun, standing around for hours lfg and they are already looking for experienced only.
Never liked instanced content it just shuts a lot of people out of doing it.
