Were fighting him right now and we can only get him down to about 9/10 of his health. Any tips? What are we doing wrong?

Dodge his big attacks.
Remove his armor by exploding an holo on him. If you fail to do so, have invulnerability ready at 30 stacks.

Have everybody stay in close range to him to reduce/prevent gears. Keep a holo nearby, but make sure not to kill it until his armor goes up. Once his armor is down, treat it like a tequatl burn phase.

Edit: If a holo is really close to him when his armor is up, let it get to 20 stacks or so; then you’ll have more time to burn him.
