What is with the level?
When you go into this dungeon, this specific path is designated for 80s.
It’s 50 for story mode, 55 for the old 2 explorable paths, and 80 for the new one that just came out, which is the one that everyone wants to do.
I have a level 65 Mesmer and because the dungeon says (even on the LFG beta system) it is for level 50 (story) and 55 (explore) so why is it that every time I get in a group I get kicked instantly for not having or being a level 80? I heard some people say that new dungeons are for level 80s. Well, then why is it advertised for level 50-55?
Either *change" the level or stop players from booting those of us over 50!
There is nothing in the joining dialogue that states it is only and 80 path….nothing.
I can’t believe the mean and snarky comments when one tries to join one of the groups that exists or is being formed.
Anet you truly messed up here – if you ALLOW the players to kick us you are breaking your own rules – gee, what else is new…

Oh and mine doesn’t state 55 for explorable mode – just 50 for story mode – no other level is ever on my screens.

It states 80 when you select which path you want to do from Caithe.
Yes, it should technically specify at the instance load, but that’s how it is at the moment.
Well, I guess some people are new to LFG, kicking non-80 is actually very common even before this new patch(even when requirement is not 80). The reason being most non-80s pugs generally wear sub-par gears(ex. lv6x wearing 4x~5x self-found green/blue gears), because they don’t want to spend their money until they hit 80.
With new patch, this just magnified because everyone trying to get in this new 80-only content, even though it was formerly for 55+ content(still is, for the majority part).
Okay so I fully understand that the new path is for level 80s. Thank you for informing me of this. I understand the LFG system is still in beta but I haven’t seen an option to select which path you want and they need to update it so that it shows that there is a path for level 80s only. When it comes to other dungeons I typically don’t have a problem where people kick me for not being 80. I mean yeah, sometimes people strictly want level 80s but I often find groups that don’t care. But if this new path is a level 80 only path then okay, they just need to update it to show that it is only for level 80s. I haven’t talked to Caithe, I didn’t really follow the story to this place, I just noticed a new dungeon and went to go check it out.
