he had like, the whole room charged… is it meant to be so that he sometimes does that or is this a bug…

What you need to do is aggro the holograms and kill the holograms right next to the boss so he starts losing his stacks, this also gets rid of the electric field in the picture. You need to aggro holograms fast enough and kill them right next to the boss for the aoe.

what? does killing the holograms have anything to do with the field? we already got him to 10% hp btw, then he charged the whole room so we did know what to do.

Its basically a timer mechanism. If you dont kill him quick enough the whole rooms floor will be electrified. It also keeps you from being able to just kite him in a circle the entire time.
