I wanted to make some for my boyfriend for Christmas but if they’re soul/account bound I might be better off selling the materials and getting him some new armor or something.

The endless tonics are account bound. Not sure about the minis.

All wintersday minis are account bound, both the ones from frames and the ones from the gem store boxes.

It’s rather irritating to say the least.

Horribly so >.<

I guess they did it to make it harder to make money in this game / force you to use the gem store.
