This is not easy to do. The options on this split-board key layout is to either awkwardly twist in the right elbow and bend out the wrist so that the right thumb is number 6 while 7 is the pointer finger at an odd angle about an inch away. The other option is to use the number pad on the right with the right hand, but this means that in order to be comfortable the pinky finger is number 6 while the pointer is at 7, middle finger at 8 and ring finger at 9. This option means that you have to keep in mind that the left-to-right finger order is not the same as the numeric order of the keys.

Not impossible, but definitely not optimal or great for jump-in-and-play-along style of game-play. Perhaps a letter key option could be included somehow.

I simply left my bindings as they were, and used my left hand only. The right hand was on my mouse, and all mistakes I made there were mostly made up with the left hand.

I found the middle range was best suited for this.

Rebinding my keys simply for this wasn’t worth it. Especially as I don’t have a range of 4 letters beside each other unbound.
