Well, there is three parts to play. You have your upper part, medium part, and low part. Each have different notes than the other.
So while one may seem off, you could find it in a different part instead.

No, all parts have the same notes, just different octaves. They are all off by one note.
Are you sure they have the same notes? Cause I can’t play some of the songs cause I am missing notes. Which are played by the other parts.
Like for instance, you can’t play Fear Not This Night as just an upper. The other notes to the main riff, are played by the medium.
