Oh, a gem shop keyless chest which contains only holiday themed items varying in rarity that can be obtained by other means. You can check the patch notes or the wiki for full details.
No official answer in any of the threads on this, but after personally testing about 30 Black Lion Chests during the event, I believe I can safely answer that there are no festive items in the Black Lion Chests (and there will likely not be in the future).
For festive items, buy the mysterious chests instead.
