It’s like their melting away in our backpacks. I’ve watched a bunch of mine just go poof within 1 min of obtaining them….

Anet you guys might want to fix this.

Did you happen to use the Deposit All Collectibles option during this time ? If so they are in the Collectible storage along with all your other mats.
