The most creepy thing about those dolls is that eerie scream they let out. And the fact that they have no face and go out to kill you.
And that comes from a man who has no idea why people think slenderman is scary (I want to hug him <3)

Scary and rock hard! They are the only toys that insta-gib me. A mate and I were farming for materials and had hit a zone that popped us down to lv 11 or so, saw a pressie in the little village, opened it and died within 5 seconds to dolls. We watched from our corpses as they tore through the whole village, when we bugged out to a waypoint a LONG way away the only ‘living’ beings in the whole place were the dolls…
They have no face like something out of Silent Hill.

Not to spoil it for anyone, but i was watching my girlfriend clear that toy dungeon. And the dolls were skritt!
She had to turn Skritt into obedient mind-slave dolls! The skritt just sat there, defenseless. And as they are transformed they let out a hearbreaking little rhyme.
It reminded my of that horrifying Doctor Who episode where people were being turned into Cyberman.
