Is Toxx voiced by who I think she is?

I was like: what the hell is GLaDOS doing in GW2?

I wonder if we will see Toxx in the later instances?

Sounded like Kari Wahlgren to me. In the first bit of dialogue she says something about ruining wintersday and I sort of recognized it then

I had the very same thought when I heard Toxx.

in german, she does sound almost exactly like the german GLaDOS voice
