50 Enchanted stuffing + 3 of either Mini Festive Golem/Mini Snowman/Mini Infirinium (could be duplicates) in the mystic forge.

The minis are only from the Wintersday Mystery boxes at the gemstore for 800 gems/10 or 100 gems/1

Did you notice the large Quaggan Kid plushie in Lion’s Arch amid the presents? I had to wonder if that was thrown in after all the love came in from the Halloween Quaggan kids.

I’m not sure if Anet knew what they were getting into, but Quaggan kids are about to surpass Mogs I think, and I need one on a keychain right now!
