Hello, I really wanted the charrr toy soldeir, but I was unable to play last night. When Tixx stops at Lion Arch and we do any of the instances, will we still get the same rewards (as in the same toy frame)? Thanks.

I heard a rumor we can run them all again at LA, but it was just a rumor so don’t quote me!

I do believe u can get the same rewards in LA.. But remember u can do the dungeon today, just do it before the new one

You have time until 19 GMT so still over 6 hours to do charr dungeon. It’s confirmed that you can do all dungeons when Tixx arrive in LA. Probably you will get first time finished bonus, but only if you haven’t done it already…

Its not just a rumor, they said that you will be able to do everything in LA after tixx has stopped in all the other citiies, including getting the final reward anytime you wish up until wintersday ends on the 3rd.

Now the question is, can we get a second one somehow, so we can make the endless tonics?

If you run the dungeon any time in the next 5 hours (from the time I post, not necessarily the time you read it) you will be able to get the frame. Otherwise wait for LA and find a group willing to run it there.

I don’t think so. As they said you’d only be able to make 2 minis if you did all the dungeons. You don’t get the first-time-finished reward anymore, even after the daily reset.

I wonder if you can re-do all of the dungeons again and get rewarded the same fir each…possibility of having enough mats to make all the pets?

Unless something was changed last night after I ran day 3, you do still get a better dungeon chest reward every 24 hours. It’s not based on 1st run through, it’s based on a 24 hour dungeon reset (which probably occurs at midnight PST like usual, rather than 10am PST). The ‘day’ might change, but it’s still the same chest. If you don’t get the reward, it’s because you’ve already got it from the previous dungeon, wait until later and run it again.

That is true, but we still don’t know the rewards for Toypocalype, or if they could still give us another frame somehow when Tixx gets to LA. I hope they do, but I’m not sure. The make 2 minis could also be in reference to the cogs, thus we could also still get more frames, somehow.

I think the issue is for those of us who, say, used the doll frame to make a doll (like I did) only to find out there is an undocumented use for them to make an endless tonic, which allows ‘you’ to become the doll.

And the issue isn’t that the ‘secret’ method exists, that’s the fun part of the game, finding the new combinations, which then eventually get published and everyone knows, and you get the privilege of having the first one for ‘n’ number of days or hours.

The issue is there may be (unless they allow you to get the frames again once they get to LA) no way to get the frame again to make the tonic, if you used it on the doll, like I did.

Edit: And no, I don’t think 350 is too much, and would ‘gladly’ buy a doll for that much, had I know I needed to save my frame to make a tonic.

I unfortunately used up a toy frame to make a mini that I would have loved to make a tonic for, I really hope we can get another frame.

More than likely if anything they will add a recipe to downgrade the toy minis to the toy frame, at least i hope so as i’m screwed on the Ventari one myself.

I’m curious to see whether we’ll be able to get more cogs after Tixx settles in LA until January 3rd. Right now people can only make 2 minis. Kinda hoping I can make all of them, but cogs are account bound.
