It has the same icon as all the other crafted exotics so odds are its the same skin..
@ OP, think outside of the box, this isn’t a trinity game, I can think of 3 classes off the top of my head that the armor would be useful for….

OP is not saying that it is useless. (Ok ya he did in the title but I don’t think that’s what he meant entirelly) He is saying that the 1% boon duration is disproportionate. I think he’s saying that it should be a little more then 1%. Even though Anet has made it clear how they want to balance in baby steps, I can see OP’s point here.
On the other hand, gear that gives crit damage tends to only come in 1%‘s too, so maybe that’s what they were thinking at the time.

The problem is that lets say for the set you are giving away about 250 points of stats for 6% boon duration. Triple that boon duration you can get by getting two runes of monk which give you 15%. So why would any sane person sacrifice all those stats for that little increase in boon?
Anet should follow the formula in their trait system. 10 points in stats should equal 1% in duration of anything.
