Do we have to wait next day for Tixx to arrive to D. Reach or is there some way to get more of those cogs before that?

It’s already been confirmed that you can attain a total of 500 cogs over 5 events to give you enough for two mini’s.

And then you can replay them again (presumably) every day until the third to get more.

There’s no guarntee on that. The additional replays of the content may just reward gifts.

Since they’re offering the crafted mini’s in the store for 350 gems each, perhaps thats the reason they only allow you to craft 2 of the 5.

Additional runs do just reward gifts in diminishing amounts every subsequent time.

A dev stated that we will be able to craft 2 out of the 5 dungeon minis.

Just tested it out myself. It is a do once and be done instance. Which is very very sad because it is a fun mini dungeon that should have been more like the Mad King dungeon. Good chest rewards. Selection of mats for the holiday to choose from. Resets at daily reset.

Beyond doing it for each race once there is really no point in ever doing them again.

Ofcourse there is a point. For the gift boxes. And the instance runs like the Mad King one, as in progresively lower rewards. If you do it 2 times after you done the first, you get a fair bit of presents.
