Guild Wars 2

In the dungeon where you get waves of Malfunctioning Toy Soldiers they are under the command of Malfunctioning Toy Soldier Captains with these awesome banners. So far I have found nothing on the wiki or anywhere else to indicate that they are available as anything other then an enemy.

Is there anyone else who would love to see these as a Mini or an Everlasting Tonic? I know I’d pay a pretty penny for one!

Maybe they could add the banner as a skill for the tonic in costume brawl?

I thought the same the same thing. I really wanted that captain!
