Guild Wars 2

4 of the last 5 times I’ve tried the puzzle the game returns me to the waiting lobby after the first jump (without falling).

Is it the way the game tells me I’ve tried for too much time? :S

My Girlfriend’s brother had this bug. He said if he completely exited the game and restarted it, he could try once before it would happen again. Sorry that’s all the help I can give.
