I’m sorry but this jumping puzzle expects too much to be right with the world in order to be completed. There needs to be more built in flexibility. Too old, poor computer, disability, small amount of available game time, or worse a combination of these and this event becomes a spiteful barrier against fun. Could you not add something that counts the attempts and after 20 or so it sends you to a similar instance with less harsh timer. Why does this have to be the one jumping puzzle that can’t be completed?

Now for those who are already firing up to type a reply on how easy it is and how much easier it is than the clocktower, and other nonsense; I have something for you hero. Try to walk in our shoes for a little bit. Be honest with yourself. Here’s how, do the jumping puzzle with your opposite hands. This should be about the same as it is for some folks with artificial disadvantages. You have 20 tries, if you fail be the 20th try, don’t participate in one of the city stops for Tixx. After all given the typical attitude and response, if you can’t it’s too hard for you and you should skip it.
