I just have to say… I got such a laugh out of opening pressies that had Ugly Wool Socks, Hats, and Sweaters inside.

Reminds me of so many Christmases when my Granny would give me at least one of these things (usually socks, but once a truly hideous sweater.) She meant well, and waited for my delight… I faked it pretty well :P

Anyways, with Granny now gone, these itchy wooly items bring back a lot of fond memories.

It was pretty awesome to get one for the first time. I was like “wait, what?” lol “It’s not Christmas unless you get an awful fruitcake or an ugly sweater!” hahaha

My grandmother always gave me underwear.

…and the underwear was always white and size XXL.

My sister’s were always XXS. (I think she loved her best)

….and they smelled like burned wood. I think she got them at fire sales.

For real Nalora? Wow… here, I have loads of scratchy socks to make up for that…

Now about that Barbie Dream House I asked for when I was 9…..

I thought they were very interesting as far as a drop from presents. Made me chuckle when I first saw that we are turning in these pieces of clothing as if were are returning an unwanted gift to the store to get something we want.

Further more love the toy skins. Sporting a toy staff now that I just love. Reminds me so much of christmas and the joy this time of year brings.
