I see we can run the Winter’s Day dungeons after all of the days are done, but what I do not know is if I can make up one I missed and get the achievement.

Does anyone know?

Also, for example, I missed the airship over Hoelbrak yesterday, do we know if I get to run it when it gets to Lion Arch will I be able to still get a frame for the plush griffon?

You will be able to recieve the same prizes as someone who ran it at the city.

Everyone will get the frame/cogs and you will still get enough materials to create 2 Toy Minis

What I really want is the achievement, but was told unless I run it on the day it starts I may not get that. That is the question I want answered.

Thank you all very much for your input. Hopefully, I’ll be able to pick up the dungeon I missed AND get the achievement too.

I really hope we can get the achievements for it. If not, then ANet should have specified that or I may have worked a little harder to get to the dungeon yesterday.

But let’s wait and see!

Aha…found this…so maybe not all is lost. However, it only mentions overall achievement and I was specifically speaking about that particular dungeon I missed…guess I’ll have to wait and see.

“Achievements and Wintersday Title
There are sixteen new holiday achievements for this special event. Complete any twelve to be granted the title “Apprentice Toymaker” and join the ever-growing ranks of Tixx’s cheer-spreading krewe.”

Ok, did the dungeons Friday afternoon and got the Apprentice Toymaker achievement. So all is good.

If you missed a Tixx city event. Don’t worry about not getting the Achievement in that city, you can still get the achievement by participating in LA.

Just remember:

Toy Ventari – The Grove edition
Princess Doll – Divinity’s Reach edition
Toy Soldier – Black Citadel edition
Plush Griffon – Hoelbrak edition
Toy Golem – Rata Sum edition

If you missed the Hoelbrak edition just like me. Just make sure majority of the party choose the Plush Griffon in the choices. After you done the event. You can still gain the Achievement that you missed.
