I understand from what little I’ve seen about these that they have something to do with minis. Can someone please explain to me how what and why with these?

That dos’nt do much in the way of explaining what they’re for.

Frame + 250 mystic cogs + 250 drops of glue + 250 wads of stuffing = holiday mini corresponding to the frame you used

Besides that, they have absolutely no use
