Hi, I just have one question. I recently bought GW2 for my boyfriend for Christmas and was wondering whether he would have the option of making 3 minis like the rest of us, or only 2? Just wondering.. took forever to get the frames and stuff because everyone already finished the Tixx dungeons.

Its not the frames that are the issue you can just buy exchange some ugly sweaters for them, the mystic cogs or whatever on the other hand are going to limit mini making to (2) after you actually run all 5 dungeons (100 each x 5 dungeons = 500 total / 250 needed per mini = only have 2)

I think only accounts created before the compensation was sent out will get the mail with the extra cogs.

There’s a simple way to work it out – he can definately get the cogs from the dungon so it’s only the mailed ones we’re not sure about. If he gets the mail then he can make 3, if not he can make 2.

A friend of mine got the game on Christmas, and he got cogs in the mail. But stuffing/glue are pretty expensive now for a new player, so reliably he can only make two minis, not three.

Had a buddy just sign up yesterday. He got a mail with his cogs as soon as he was loaded in.

That’s cool. Unfortunate the OP’s boyfriend hasn’t gotten it. Hope it’s not bugged (again) like the chest was.
