My friends were telling me about some Gift from Tixx they all received in the mail and apparently they were sent to everyone… everyone except for me it seems… anyone else out there not receive this in game mail?

I did not receive any such mail on either of my accounts. Both did all 5 of the travelling events, and got the original chest drop in LA from tix (700 cogs total), but did not receive an email from Tixx.

Some people got it and some people didn’t. Some people can make 3 of the 5 minis, and some can only make 2.

File a Support ticket? Every account was supposed to have been flagged and sent one.

You may have already tried this, but make sure to clear out some room in your mailbox. Even if your box says 0/10 if it is full of renown heart quest mail or letters from your herald, it will often prevent new mail from arriving. Delete some of those old quest letters and see if that helps.
