I’ve also just filed a bug report about this, I didn’t get any rewards from Tixx in LA.

What happened is I talked to him and was totally expected a present in my bags so didn’t see the chest at first. At that moment my party entered the dungeon and I clicked to join them while still checking my bags.
Then I heard from my party it was a chest so I returned to LA, only to find the chest already opened and unlootable by me.
Talking to Tixx he tells me there’s only one gift disbursement per citizen.

Talked to tixx and tried to receive my gift, no loot, chest was already open when I went to open it. I know there’s other people with the same problem.

This just happened to me.
I bet they’ll get it sorted out.

Same problem, had space and chest was open.

Y i hade the same nothing at all. Talked to Tixx choose the first option and got nothing in my bag and cant loot the chest!

Did you try restarting the game and talking to Tixx again / opening chest again? That helped for me.

Try reading the complete text. Chest is open and unusable.

If a chest you haven’t looted appears open, sometimes you can walk away from it until it’s out of visible range, then walk back and it’ll be lootable (or relog).

Same thing has happened to me. Spammed F to try to access the already opened chest, I have recieved nothing. Ihave relogged, restarted the client, still nothing :C

Filed a bug, as well – no gift, in inventory or chest, from Tixx. Relogged, but nothing.

got this far without a bug……….but i knew it had to happen

Talk to Tixx. Clicked first option. I didn’t receive any item. Tixx says I received item and if I didn’t, open chest. Chest is unavailable to be interacted with. Went out of vision and ran back. Still the same. Relogged and ran back. Still the same.

Same here. Talked to Tixx, selected the option to get a present. At that moment I completed the " " achievement (even though I don’t meet all requirements), but didn’t get any loot. Can’t open the chest next to him either.

Tried to relog, but that doesn’t seem to help either.

My game crashed, it didn’t respond to mouse clicks anymore, so no presents for me either

Stop complaining people rewards are.. no sorry there is no rewards (unless you consider a level 10 backpack a a reward, i don’t).

Does anyone know what the reward is? Maybe it is just another ugly sweater and it added to your inventory. I am totally kidding!! Or at least I hope I am! LOL Thanks for letting us know that you are looking into the situation Mark!

Exactly the same happened to me. It counted as an achievement when I talked to Tixx though, but no rewards.
I didn’t fill a bug report about it.

I opened the chest but there was just junk, my reward for completing was 3 giant gifts. Are we supposed to get a minipet?

Hi Mark,
If you could please also tell them to look into the issue of players receiving different gifts if they talk to Tixx while in the Heart of the Mists. I don’t know if it was intentional that you could only receive either PvP or PvE rewards, but there was no warning that the rewards would be different.

Can we get any word if you’re allowed to get ONE chest? Because I picked up the one in Spvp unknowingly that it’d lock the other and thought they’d give the same rewards. Now I can’t access the Lions Arch chest now.

This thread is about the chest near Tixx, outside the dungeon. It should reward you with a 10 slot bag if Im correct, but most people didn’t get it because the chest was already open and can’t be ‘looted’ twice.

The same happened to me I opened it on my alt but I wanted the loot on my main so I logged in on him and then chest was unlootable. ;(

Happened the same to me aswell!spoke to him,didnt get the reward and the chest seems open and i cannot loot it also.

it is a skin…….not meant to be a level 80 item lol

I spoke to Tixx but didn’t get a reward. The chest is floating off the ground (in case it isn’t intentional), looks open and I can’t interact with it.

Just got screwed by Tixx. Had plenty of inventory space and got absolutely nothing. Couldn’t open the chest. Please mail me my stuff Anet or fix the lil bugger soon.

Quit to desktop, relogin and got loot back from chest. Was worried earlier too cos hear sound but no reward.

So can we only get the items once per account? Or can we get at least the back item on all our characters?
