For all those people who complain about skimpy clothing for women, here is the solution you were looking for!
Requirements: Male Character, Sylvari and Human tested
Grab that Fancy Winter Outfit, grab either the Top Hat or Ringmaster’s Hat, and grab that purple and yellow or gold dye. Now start pimphanding those women into placing actual armor on or working them on the corner.
