Aparently a DEV had stated on the forums that we would only be able to craft 2 of the 4 Tixx minis. This would be a shame for those who want all of them.
I suggest Anet allow BLTC wintersday minis from the gifts be exchangeable for the Tixx minis through a NPC in LA. That way those that received multiple of these now useless account bound minis can turn them in for the Tixx minis and won’t just have to delete them.
