Raising expectations about Toypocalyps.
It’s a cute mini game but in no way feels like a finale. But I guess they decided to kill the idea of finales because of all the people that complained about timing. This is what you get though… no huge event finale = rather simplistic content instead.
then this is the point where they need to make a choice, cause anouncing it like that and then giving this is not good
I was disappointed with this, too. It would have been more enjoyable for me if the toys I killed had dropped some loot like gifts and snowflakes and such.
Agreed. I really, really, really expected a toy invasion in Lion’s Arch for the finale. But . . . well, maybe it could still happen?
Here’s to hoping.

That doesn’t make any sense though. The problem with timing could have been solved by making the huge events repeatable. They didn’t need to dumb anything down.
When are people going to figure out there’s a war going on?

exactly
I too was expecting something spectacular for this finale. I was hoping for a large dungeon run through armies of giant toys while devising strategies through wonderland traps and icy encounters. Oh well…
I found this event boring. I wound have enjoyed it a great deal more if I could enter with my friends rather than a random group of strangers, but even then it is not something that I would spend much time on.
