Ridiculous DR in the Infinirarium?
I get a solid amount of loot from the missions. I do think that some waves give zero loot though, but that’s as intended, because otherwise people could just farm those locations infinitely. Basically, and this applies to ALL content in the game, anything where it says you need to kill X number of waves of things, you can assume that you’ll get loot from that. On the other hand, any mission in which enemies will just keep coming infinitely until you hold a certain area long enough or activate a certain widget, then chances are that those enemies, beyond the very first wave, at least, will not drop any loot.
Of the Infinitorium events, there are definitely a few where I would not expect enemies to drop loot.

you are at least getting loot from earlier waves and the other mobs in the dungeon right? I have been in there every day and the only thing I have seen are 4 gifts, 2 whites, and about 10 cogs, the majority of mobs in there don’t drop loot at all for me.
Today in first run of toy soliders I got 2 yellows from them, I want to say the back to back waves I got them from was in the middle area. Also one of them in the later waves dropped a gift that gave me the dagger skin.

Agreed and this DR in the game is why I’ll be playing other MMO’s instead of this one as they are released. Punishing bots is fine but punishing players for playing the game is ridiculous.
Yeah, something is really broken. Helped a friend out about 5 hours before today’s new Tixx adventure popped. Got the present choice award and a few greens in the chest. Completed today’s Tixx and I did get the Cogs, the frame and the choice of stuffing or glue but I got 3 socks and two presents from the chest.
Clearly something is VERY wrong with how they are dealing with the DR on the events. It should have reset once the new Tixx adventure came up. What this tells me is “don’t help out your friends or you will get borked!”
I’ve found I ususally only get loot from one or two kinds of enemies, usually the ones where you have to kill a fixed number rather than claim a location (probably as someone else said to stop people staying in there farming the infinate spawns).
But at the end of it, as long as I look out for drops, I get a fairly typical amount of loot for the time I’m spending and the number of enemies killed.

No it isn’t intended to get no loot whatsoever after doing one event in one dungeon. DR was supposed to kick in if you do the same event over and over again, which is not possible in the Tixx dungeon.
I guess it kicked in because there are mostly only “Toy” enemies in the dungeon now, and A LOT of them spawns. So after we killed about 50 of them, they stopped giving loot.
A lot of the toys don’t really give exp and loot unless they are tied to an event though, but todays events included both Toy Soldiers, Princesses and Griffins, so there were a lot of “Toys” to fight.

Fractals don’t mess stuff up.
I’ve noticed certain monster spawns across the game will never drop loot. mostly these seem to be situations where enemies are spawning infinitely until some other condition is fulfilled. or monsters that summon other monsters.
Presumably this is to stop people from ignoring the victory condition and just farm respawning monsters forever, it’s a pretty common design choice amongst mmos.
It’s probably working as intended.

I noticed the change in the drop rate, particularly on the part where the skritt keep spawning while you are running around collecting items.
My guess is it’s due to botting. Put five bots in an instance where they won’t be reported, let them farm the endless spawns without progressing the event, or simply redoing the event over and over. I could be wrong, it’s no different than any other area they can farm except the isolation. No clue.
I think the toy soldier wave is about the only one i get some reliable loot on. I think I might get a couple bits of loot on the first Skritt one.

What I get from these events is better than loot. What I get is a whole boat ton of XP.
That said, I did find I had better drop rates (or at least better drops) when I ran it with my farming character in her MF kit.

The other night logged in, went straight to Tixx’s dungeon and did 2 back-to-back runs (the Toy Soldier day).
I ended up with something like 12 gray cogs from the soldiers and the greens from the chest.
I swear I was 100% convinced the Tixx dungeon was not itemized … it actually is? Man, what the kitten is up with my account? I’ve got like permanent DR.
