Obviously people are going to be upset. They’ve waited a while for it – It’s like Diablo 3 again, where there is an overload and as such, strain is being put on the servers which is causing issues.
It’s like being shown something you want, but saying you can’t have it.

People are allowed to be a little upset lmao. It’s not like it’s a 1 off thing, where this hasn’t happened before

The number of threads with complaints does outnumber the ones actually grateful, I don’t mind the waiting too much. It’s actually refreshing to play a game where they deliver such large amounts of free stuff. Yay Anet!

I’d have thought the whole idea of p2p downloads was to reduce the strain on anet’s servers and remove the need FOR a centralized download server. I imagine having an option to disable it would only make things worse.

Complaining about complainers is a good and healthy thing – and very different from just complaining without the ability to be critical.

Rational critique presupposes self critique – that is, being critical about you own complaing, asking yourself about the reason behind your complainíng.
Then maybe you’ll find out that your complaing has nothing to do with the thing you are complaing about, i.e. a game, Anet. Maybe you’re the problem.

When you act as if your life depends upon a silly game, you should know that its yourself you should be complaing about.
